AWKUM Incubation Program and Current Advantage

Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan has initiated Incubation program, the program aims to spread awareness about business development, Pakistan market has many challenges where policies has driven in to sun-rise of business communities from all sectors.
"Business plans are limited to Management Sciences"
Is this only important for management (MBA) students to take part in such events that collaborates and inspires human mindset towards its own sole proprietorship?
No, MBA might have important role in business development but a business which can be combined with many expertise from all departments or specializations.

One "Zoology", "Botany" or "Physics" professionals can together form a better idea to execute in local market.
Incubation programs in Pakistan's different universities taking part and providing them with knowledge to bring business ideas in to market where opportunities are more or less exists.
Why Entrepreneurship?
Every year Universities in Pakistan produce about 1-5 lac graduates, due to lowest employment opportunities and lack of industries and government less GDP on R&D, many young students became the victim of joblessness.
Entrepreneurship, provides the market with more opportunists because all jobs comes from the businesses in shape of industries,
In India, Graduates are now more dependent on self business ideas rather than wasting its energy and expertise on someone's other business.
For example, if a fresh graduate from marketing doing sales job in any IT/ Textile industry, his/her potential is wastage and providing company's with huge margin profits and in return student get paid with 10,000 PKR to 18,000 PKR maximum.
If the environment from local universities established and provide students with awareness of running its own businesses they can restore the market potential and reduce the poverty line, In this era, university goal must have to produce business mindset students with assistance from universities in their basic business start-ups.
In China, there are more than 3 million billionaires, billionaires not produced by government jobs or private jobs but they have potential in market to dream, plan, design and create the product for market.
Again, Pakistan with developing market has huge opportunities, where new generations can bring the existing ideas from other developed market in to developing market, Pakistan has so much talent that they can grow market and bring the Pakistan back on its track from where we lost our vision and mission.
How to develop Business Idea and Business Model
1.Consider and analyze the relevant markets
2.Note down your ideas and expand them
3.Carry out competitive analysis
4.Model your business..
5.Create/design/sketch your mock up and then test it..
6.Execute a market survey.
These are simple steps each and every single person whether its "She" or "He", must be consistent and must involve brainstorming, Do not forget to plan exit strategy in case your business falls because in several cases businesses fails to flourish and eventually loses its stamina.
Entrepreneurship specifically not only selling Tangible products
We have learned much about "how is it being entrepreneur" ?
Well - in many cases entrepreneurs plans to develop market to provide customers with their satisfaction, but also you can sell your skills online.
Recent program developed by I'm-sciences students funded by World Bank named as "KP-Youth Employment Program", it is a type of initiative to give youngsters to utilize its efforts by selling its product online,
For example, if you are good at photo shop, C++, HTML, U LEAD, Writings and many other skills you have, you can form a small company to gather around different skilled people and sell your technical product online through different channels like YouTube, Fiverr, and many other freelancing sites.
Opportunities aren't limited to single background of market but we need someone to show us around the world with their problems and solutions they found.
