Mashal Khan and His Father

 Mashal Khan was Pashtun student at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, Khyber Pakhtonkhwa, killed by angry mob on 13-April-2017 inside University's Premises over fake allegations on him that he has posted or upload blasphemous content online, later after the investigation, no sign of evidence was found. Mashal Khan the most talented and reachable personality to all matters that persist in Abdul Wali Khan University, his vision was not about to defame institution but he actually took some hard steps and action against irregularities under University premises. Mashaal Khan's visionary thinking brought massive stake-holders to his knees where his objectionable statements to different local news channels were overwhelming for professionals who were hired illegally and without any proper channel under Awaami National Party, were known as Pakhtun representatives, as now their people given power to Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) party due to massive corruption by ANP brought rejection by people of Khyber Pakhtonkhwa.
Religious parties and their wings inside Pakistan has obtained some extremist ideology by supporting this Mass Brutal Murder of Mashal Khan under Campus. Jamiat-e-Ulama-e-Islam (JUI-F) and other religious and non-religious workers participtaed in this MOB by blaming the Mashal as blasphemous.
The report by JIT was also later concluded that all the criminals/killers are guilty and all professional employees in campus are suspended. 
According to the report, the two prime persons of the lynching were Sabir Mayer and the president of the Pukhtoon Student Federation (PSF) and Ajmal Khan, president of the university's employee union at University. Ajmal  Khan confessed a month before the lynching, Sabir, along with a university employee, Asad Katlang, came to his office inside University by walking and told them to "get rid of Mashal Khan" as he was a "threat to the entire party" The party which they support is Awaami National Party (ANP)). Then those three of them planned a massive killing of Mashal Khan and to blame him later for blasphemous activity.

Poems and songs after the death of Khan, with protests across the country including one in his village shows the hatred of general public towards the mass murder of innocent Khan. Also outside the Pakistan there was an outrage towards his brutal murder and different protests were held by many people including expatriate Pakistanis inside the Europe and North America. International Marxist Tendency (IMT) made a great action by the solidarity appeal for Mashal Khan after which many students across the globe sent  massive solidarity words to the parents of Mashal Khan. In their statement IMT wrote that, 

"But this heinous crime has aroused the anger and indignation of students and workers all over Pakistan. Protests have been held in many campuses and universities across the country. Students are demanding an end to state-sponsored terrorism".

 This should be stopped for once and for all in Pakistan including India (rape), Bangladesh, America (Beating Women and killing their children), and all over the world to secure the rights of human beings.
His death will be debt over Pakistan and its people, Pakistan must enforce laws to stop such violent actions my groups of people, political parties or religious people. The one who supported killing of Mashal Khan such as JUI-F must also be sent to Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) to save future.

In Pakistan, during the month of October, sudden release of diseases and infections of Dengue and Malaria was mass-spread by human beings through Lab-grown technologies.
Government monitoring and lack of IT and research infrastructure in developing countries like Afghanistan, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Iran, Brazil and many more...
It is impossible to kill Mosquitoes because indiscriminately through pesticides we may kill other insects which are highly essential for environment such as Flies and specially Bees, which are playing important role in transferring the essential pores through plants and their growth liquids are essential for medicines and other useful uses and we cannot just kill them because they live in standing water or we cannot poison water to kill them which is not good for eco-system.

Verily and Oxitech Google owned companies are having solution to grow mosquitoes in Lab to infect the male mosquitoes with substances.

This is not end, when those male mosquitoes will release in wild environment, they will get busy in mating those female mosquitoes which are carrying infections, so, their infections will reduce and the new mosquitoes larva will not carry diseases as their ancestors.

The next generation of Mosquitoes will be wiped-out with in weeks of their mating with Female mosquitoes by release of their sperms in to eggs of their non-infected babies.

OXITECH also have plan to infect Male mosquitoes and release millions of mosquitoes in public, but many times mosquitoes like WOBALS not have surviving, they die after days, and male dont bite so, they cannot reproduce in higher rate, their generations plummets quickly.
In Pakistan, rumors are, many medicine corporations are genetically modifying those mosquitoes and then releases it in to environment so, they can infect as many people as they can so, people get to SICK and when people are sick they buy more and more medicines.
This profits the corporations in better ways and profitable for those companies.
Developing countries need to address these issues as soon as possible or we are going to loose millions of civilians only by man-made diseases.

KP unemployment ratio on rise becoming a nightmare

In KP, there are around 10,000 graduates per year, this massive and rate becomes alarming when you find its ratio by job employment and compare it with number of graduates which seems like 1000:1, which is I am saying very disturbing for future i.e. in KP, 1000 out of 1 graduate find the suitable job.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's overall performance after 9/11 brought messed-up situation were unrest, dis-balanced economy on large scale due to criminality, terrorism, negligence and corruption, which may have lead us to total disaster with-in 15 years of time.

The U.S. state department keep pushing Pakistan to its overwhelming policies that may affect our productivity and slow down the fight against terrorism in broader scale as there are many reasons United states of America keep requesting Pakistan through Indian-backdoor involvement in region to act more or “DO-MORE”, as U.S has been accommodated as the volunteer puppet of India.

Let’s come back to point that we left in first paragraph and if we estimate the population of KhyberPakhtunkhwa with newer estimated results which are approximately 31 Million which is in simple words 3 crore and 10 lacs.
Interestingly, government has been accused of not participating in the surveys data and they are not presenting the new data of inflation after 2015.



From 2010-2015 data analysis by World Bank and other financial institutions, Pakistan’s inflation rate was rises to 9.08% from the overall previous data, which is quiet clear that pricing of goods and unemployment has lead the public to disaster mode, where people are striving to overcome more challenges. After 2015, the rate of inflation rises more to 3.04% in 2017 and expected to grow exponentially.
The unemployment and lower productivity, the jobless got stocked in the hands of Testing Services (NTS, PTS, ETEA, OTS …) and its fee where employment has massively disturbed growth of people.
The world is changing so, the KP and overall Pakistan is feeling the improvements by establishing and controlling the country by decreasing terrorism in KhyberPakhtunkhwa by 80% from 2013-2016 as per previous data.
More joyful and cheering advantage to economy was that, when KP has actually admired better laws and regulations under in 4 years of government, where law and order situation has improved and stabilized after Pakistan’s Army successful operation in Bajaur and Khyber Agencies which were once left with hands of terrorists.
The immense change in Khyberpakhtunkhwa might improve in future by fewer investments through China Pakistan Economic Corridor, and establishment of industrial zones in KP different parts.

Many reasonable issues are going on where men is likely or not much likely to obtain the identical approach towards women, many times, women argues while panicking the men may reduce the percentage of being loyal.
Anger of girls at time and their attitude behavior causes the opposite gender to stay away as the man can, girls likely to do many things that men doesn't know or never noticed.

New Vice Chancellor got gutts AWKUM

Vice Chancellor of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan joined the position of VC, as he migrated to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from London last month.
Five months ago, VC Ihsan Ali retired after serving as VC of AWKUM, as he strongly compelled to be a hostage servant of politics and influenced behavior, his methods for educational institute strived to revive the blurred image of University.
University was operating in the absense of its superior chief as called Vice Chancellor, while then, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP, government appointed the new vice chancellor Dr. Khursheed Ahmad Khan in july 2017.
This Vice chancellor however, expected to be most powerful as he is well-awared of institution and its procedures and plus he spent his part of life in stan7dard University at United Kingdom UK.
He has came with potential force to change the biaseness and favorism, as it was planted by previous government that  damaged the shape and discipline.
In the course of his actions, his discipliniary vision has crossed one line of action and swiped his authoritative hands on paper and terminated 70 employees.
Employees were subjected to be terminated and go back to home, as University was spending or wasting its resources on extra staff that was hired.
The scenario is rebuilding as steps are taken by him to ensure the account statements and balance sheets to be profitable and do not goes in negative points.
Dr. Khursheed concerned that salaries are sweeped from 600 million to 900 millions with in months and no one knows hoe and why?
Deputy regiatrar (temporary) also terminated and all illegal hiring status employees are now under monitoring to ensure proper cycle.
Golden Parachute's of PPP and ANP government has similarly damaged the Railway and other government institutions regarding excessive hirings that has to be stopped or these institutions might bare massive losses for decades.
Dr. Khursheed Ahmad Khan committed to restore the lost mighty power of writ on University premises and will strive to improve its structure in disciliniary and ethical way.
New rules and policies will be established.
