 This above Picture was being shared by page admin claimed to ask admin to share the photo on her/his (ze) profile to ask members of page which color suits her skin, Alarmingly taking advantage of beauty it seems to look at the white covered skin creates perception over her emotions in way she might never considered for herself.
Promoting such materials online promoting such seductive images affecting generations and making them more influenced by such things.
Being more honest with situation, the overall scenario in minds of females indulges and conclusively stamps the ideas of ill mannered actions in male's mindset.

Te reaction our images were quiet enjoying and funny at moment, but deeper study can only conclude that how much is our society being damaged or harassed by such activities, promoting open-image share facilities.

From last 15 years Khyber Pakhtunkhwa wasn't even counted in Pakistan development projects due to central Punjab government highest share in economy affected Baluchistan and KP, Also Terrorism in both provinces on high alert.
Sensible people in Pakistan specially in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has potential to change those governments who never deliver to their people and unlikely KP owned party Awami National Party never did a constructed work in KP. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa need attention by all stake holders to invest and bring life to KP.
In recent video, Parvez Khattak, asking Police Officer that why he has taken such measures which maligned our image,  His words directly targeting his vision towards constructive Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Quoted as;
"Your actions hurting people and we must kick you off from your position" 
asked by CM khattak.
Police officer seems in pressure and said i was forced to do whatever my superiors told me to do.
This seems a very positive approach towards changing alignments towards prosperous tomorrow, Sensible elected people has concerns to change and their party leadership has strong vision to combat corruption on national level.
Pakistan Tehreek Insaf chairman "Imran Khan" claims to bring change by removing culprits from Pakistan through justice. His efforts put huge pressure on central government and military to take strong measures against terrorism and provide safer tomorrow to people of Pakistan.
Imran Khan side by side Army leadership also took effective actions against terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Karachi (Sindh) and Balochistan by which up to 70% of terrorism reduced in Pakistan which was mutually funded by RAW, CIA, NDS and man others as evidence provided by Pakistan to United Nations (Kalbhoshan Yadav).
Changing Pakistan to economical power, CHina invested about 50B$ in project called "China Pakistan Economic Corridor", which brought huge confidence by investors and Pakistan is technically becoming place of rising opportunities for business industries.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa also took initiative to build economical zones which will benefit economy and will decrease employment rate.

Worst situation for Job Seekers in Pakistan

“Time to think again for all job seekers in Pakistan”

Introduction:
In Pakistan after each year there are many numbers of students are graduated and seeking career opportunities, spending their parent’s money on their degrees and investing on brighter future of tomorrow.
Analysis: In today’s era a job seeker will have to find a job in this competitive market where each person will apply for positions which are numbering from 1 – many,
Trends and Fashions changed by the time and more becoming ease for job seekers to apply online, submit forms and in return you will pay a lot of money that is huge burden on job seekers.
In 20^th Century, it means before 90’s whenever there was a job opening in private or government company, they never deducted any amount from seekers and in return even there was a time they paid TA-DA for interview.
Now, let’s come to point, In Pakistan as situation is worsening in job applications, huge number of job seekers and increasing inflation rate also with lowest employment.
Now, companies cannot handle to take tests from all candidates who applied, and they are no longer paying for all testing costs.
Huge burden is on job-seekers, where they must have to apply through private testing companies for employment, and each test amount varies from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1500 as per company’s testing criteria or their forced demand.
In today’s situation, youngsters (Job seekers) unable to get the right job on right time and highly competitive market made it difficult for job seekers not only the lower employment rate but testing charges.
Testing Charges:
For example, a young graduate with no basic experience applies for private company, many of private companies never deducts amount to charge but there are 70-80% of employers who advertise the “Job-openings” in newspaper, also asks for 500 (Estimated) amount for testing,
On monthly basis if a person applies for more than 5 vacancies so, each time will is required to pay 500-1500 rupees for each test, In lowest employment opportunities in market it hard for them to get its hands on job after trying 30-50 tests in six months duration.
On darkest side, each individual earns nothing, spent a lot on education to get degrees, and after University that is forced to pay for job tests so, he/she will eventually select or not.
How this is going to work for people who will “fail” the tests, or who will “pass” but never get “short-listed”, total morale of students is also dropped, hope for its career is in danger, they cannot afford to pay huge amounts for each test to take it to his best.

Other factors might be involved in these black profits by testing companies and government agencies, where they can earn profits by advertising a single job post and deduct charges from around 20,000 candidates.
Also, if a person applies for test from inside “Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP)” or “Punjab”, and after his test confirmation he will require traveling from one city to another because of lack of testing centers for them in local districts.
So, if we calculate the average amount for each individual on monthly basis;
Rs. 700 charges for Test
Rs. 100 charges for Photocopies, attests and pictures (est)
Rs. 300 charges for Travel cost (If you live in Swabi and travel for test to Peshawar main city of KP)
Round about 1100 Rupees on average you are paying for each test
And if you calculate it on monthly basis for only “10” Tests so, you can calculate that, 10x1100 = 11,000 Rupees / Month.

Problem solution:
Government need to take a serious action to enforce all institutions in Pakistan to not to charge from job seekers, but force them to allocate the budget from their company to job seekers for all charges rather than TA-DA.
Government policies must be in way to support young generation, and prioritize their efforts for brighter tomorrow, if you force them to pay that much amount , how will Young job seeker will survive in this situation or he will eventually lose all its hope in his brighter future, because no student or graduate is same and talented, they try and try to get the job.
All private and government companies must allocate budget for their test collection to employ work-force for their company.

NSG and China-Pakistan Relations

In last three decades, Pakistan relations are fluctuating with India and America, America used Pakistan as front line force to tackle terrorism in Pakistan all provinces and forced to deploy its arm forces, USA needed Pakistan after 9/11 when terrorists were hiding in Afghanistan that time USA showed very soft hands to Pakistan and provided huge tranche of funds.
The perception of both countries changed by the time when both countries slowed down its support for each others, USA harden its term and conditions for Pakistan while soften with India due to their wide range of agreements with India and favorable market.
While China became the most important pillar in diplomacy of Pakistan when China really needed Pakistan to own their Gawadar port for their supply, usually China was travelling 13000 kilometers in sea to reach Europe, while Pakistan road to Gawadar directly from China will require 2500 kilometers.
The agreement of China and Pakistan are in both interests which is widened to many other projects like Baluchistan Coal project, TAPI-Gas Pipe line, and other mega projects will be directly funded by China, allocated budget for Pakistan CPEC project which is 42B$ will lead to boom Pakistan's economy and create jobs in market also builds good image of Pakistan to attract foreign investors, due to trust in economy Pakistan Stock Exchange boomed in 2015-16, where Pakistan crossed all Asian markets, Pakistan will maintain its economy to boost its output to become fast developing country in region.
Now come to point, Pakistan interest in China and China's Interest in Pakistan led both in to strong relationship, where both agree to secure each others interests on international level, recently, China strongly opposed NSG membership of India while saying that Pakistan need to be counted as well to maintain regional balance, In this task India is now softening its relation with Pakistan by claiming that we will never oppose Pakistan for NSG membership, India is quiet good at tricking Pakistan when needed.
USA-INDIA politicizing and enforcing Pakistan to remain under developed where interest of America will be fulfilled.
Pakistan taking a strong stance on keeping the China best interest, while USA and India trying to demolish the Pakistan's support with China through counter attacks, sabotages Taliban Pakistan talks and other factors includes.
For now, Australia, Pakistan and China plus other countries denied to support India's membership in Nuclear Supplier Group, this world game becoming more harder that who will win this race and who will actually fall in to failure.
Let's hope that Pakistan relations with USA and China maintains on equal interest which will be peaceful for both of nations and will also enhance the productivity, boost the import and exports and reduce the tensions, which will also help in maintaining peace with India on border and Intelligence basis.
