FATA merger with KP
Introduction:
From decades Pakistan had boundary walls with people around its provinces accessible with few or less infrastructure and having less attention from governments. Federal Administered Tribal Areas were known as the most terror-affected areas and were on red alert from International level where crime rates were touching skies.
Purpose of FATA establishment to give them priority under most affected areas to allocate the separate GDP over then in assistance to those people who were living from many years and were damaged by such terror events.
FATA is still caused with many disasters, and we called them as most affected people in whole Pakistan as they sacrificed their live hood to Pakistan soil, bravery and honesty is their main culture and fighting side by side with Pakistan against those elements who were engaged to produce terrorism in Pakistan.
History has always given proofs that the FATA people given their lives for Pakistan from beginning of Foundation which was set-up by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Dr. Allama Iqbal, they fought and made the dreams of Pakistan in to realistic future.
Government step for FATA in 2016-17:
Now it is time to gather all people from all provinces who were being separated by name and having no actual identity as Pakistani, government efforts and huge alliance from political avenues has brought huge attention to merge the FATA in to Khyber PakhtunKhwa.
The process for administering the FATA under KP will begin once the Federal Government approves the plan which will be next week.
There were some reservations by some political elements like Jamiyat-e-Ulama Islam, Qoami wattan party and Awami National Party, but situation was settled down when PML-N made its positive role in situation.
The final step will be taken to officially merge the KP with FATA but Mr. Fazal Ur Rahman said, when there is point to planing to merger, we lack suitable implementation and many times happens that people were not consent in situation to take their point of view about their reservations, when people are backed from opinions then it is hard to implement and it is against the mandate of Government.
Conclusion:
The entire scenario is now being discussed and federal and provincial committees has no issues in implementing the law to rule out the merger of FATA with KP, ultimately, FATA will be recognized with province, there might be certain obstacles or reservations remains the same as people of FATA will be exempted from all the benefits or Quota's which were in favor of FATA people to give them well-structured facilities and percentage in rehabilitation, health, jobs, education and others.
